Perris Union High School District - SchoolPointe Contract.pdf
Summary: The District would like to contract with SchoolPointe for the purchase of Web Hosting and Content Management System (CMS). Through the use of SchoolPointe, Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) will be able to transition away from our current (in-house) website and have a feature rich website for all school sites, a highly functional CMS to support files for the website, and a branded mobile app to deliver web content to mobile devices.

The startup costs for this fiscal year is $5,500. This price includes a one (1) time setup fee and the ability to start building the website for the remainder of this fiscal year. Year 1 and year 2 costs are $11,500.00 per year.

The total amount for the twenty-six (26) month contract is $28,500. The cost will be split between the District and the California Military Institute (CMI) based off of projected enrollment percentages for each school year and will be billed as a direct cost to CMI per the Memorandum of Understanding between the PUHSD and CMI. The estimated cost for the District will be $25,783 and the estimated cost for CMI will be $2,717.
Funding: The cost for this item is included in the 2018-19 operating budget funded through the General Fund.
