Summary: Paloma Valley High School’s NJROTC is submitting a request to have four of their cadets participate in the NJROTC Area 11 Sail Academy, which is being held at the Naval Base Coronado, Fiddler’s Cove Marina, in San Diego, California. The Sail Academy is offered for three different sessions. Paloma’s NJROTC will be taking two cadets for Session One (June 15-18); and, two more cadets for Session Three (June 25-28).

The Sail Academy is a training opportunity for upcoming leaders pursuing sea-based careers. This is a wonderful chance for the cadets to learn how to sail and build teamwork skills.

The cost for the cadets to attend the NJROTC Sail Academy is $195 per cadet. All expenses will be paid for by the ASB/NJROTC.
Funding: The cost for this item is included in PVHS’s NJROTC/ASB fund.
