Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District is requesting to again contract with the Law Office of Megan Watt for legal services. Megan Watt would continue to be one of the law firms utilized by the District, depending on the expertise and availability of the firm as legal matters arise. Megan Watt began serving the District in July 2018 in general Purchasing and Contracts related matters, and has provided high-quality legal support. The District would like to retain Megan Watt for a two (2) year term beginning on July 1, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2021. The hourly rate for services for 2019-20 and 2020-21 will range from $110 to $240 per hour and will be charged to various funding sources as appropriate, as follows:
- Facilities Funds
- Routine Restricted Maintenance
- General Fund for general matters, including Purchasing and Contracts
