Summary:
|
The District would like to enter into an Agreement with FedEx to provide domestic and international expedited mail, small ground freight, related products and services, which shall include inbound and outbound, as well as all air and ground services to the Perris Union High School District, an OMNIA Partners participating agency. Additionally, FedEx has committed to providing best government pricing, an account management team, and service quality assurance.
The District’s intent is to establish the most cost effective and efficient program for Expedited Mail and Small Ground Freight while maintaining high quality of standards and service.
The Regents of the University of California partnered with OMNIA Partners to include a national cooperative purchasing opportunity for participating agencies. Proposals were evaluated by a UC Committee in Partnership with OMNIA using the evaluation criteria established in the RFP, and FedEx was awarded the contract.
The term of this Agreement shall be for a five (5) year term beginning August 20, 2020 through June 30, 2025.
