Summary:
|
The District wishes to enter into a three (3) year Agreement with Eide Bailly LLP to provide audit services for 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23 fiscal years.
The estimated annual fees for auditing services under the terms of this contract are $43,000 for the 2020-21 fiscal year, $44,000 for the 2021-22 fiscal year, and $45,000 for the 2022-23 fiscal year; for a total amount of $132,000.
The term of this Agreement shall be July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023.
This item is being brought forth as a ratification due to budget uncertainties that existed as a result of the State Budget not having been signed by the Governor until June 29, 2020.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23 operating budgets funded through the General Fund.
