Summary:
|
The District is contracting with THINK Together, Incorporated (THINK), a California non-profit corporation, that will be providing an after-school program for Pinacate Middle School students through the After School Educational and Safety (ASES) Grant Program Services. THINK will supply the staff, materials, management and supervision, and volunteer recruitment for the After School Program.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
THINK will be paid 95% of the grant award from CDE. THINK’s fee shall not be less than $80,991.91.
This Agreement is being taken as a ratification due to the untimely receipt of the Agreement from THINK Together, Incorporated.
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment and services.

The cost for this item is included in the 2017-18 operating budget funded through the After School Educational and Safety Grant, not the General Fund.
