On February 2, 2018, the District and the Classified School Employees Association (CSEA), Chapter #469 agreed to offer veteran classified employees the opportunity to participate in a retirement stimulus plan that would provide a potential cost savings to the District for those employees that decide to retire as a result of this incentive.

Funding:

The savings generated from this item will be included in the 2018-19 adopted budget and multi-year projections.
|

Recommendation:
|
It is recommended that the Board of Trustee approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and the California School Employees Association, and its Chapter Perris Valley 469 Regarding 2018 Retirement Stimulus Plan.
