Summary:
|
The District would like to enter into an Agreement with Smile Premier, a dental hygiene provider that serves students with dental care needs. Smile Premier will provide necessary preventative dental services, upon parent or guardian consent, including preventative, diagnostic, and restorative care to all students with an identified need. The District will need to provide oversight of the program and a mutually acceptable place to set up portable equipment, or park a mobile facility to provide students with needed dental care. The term of this Agreement shall be from August 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
