Education law never ceases to change and grow which necessitates that school districts update policies and regulations as well as add/delete/change policies and regulations to meet the mandates of the law. The reason for their inclusion in the district policy manual is summarized in the attached justification document.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees receive, for its review and consideration, as part of the first reading: AR 1220 - Citizen Advisory Committee; BP/AR 1240 - Volunteer Assistance; BP 1250 (Minor Revision) - Visitors/Outsiders; BP/AR 1312.1 (PUHSD Update) - Complaints Concerning District Employees; BP/AR 1312.3 - Uniform Complaint Procedures; and BP/AR 1113 - District and School Web Sites.
