Summary:
|
The Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (RCSS) currently provides various Career Technical Education (CTE) classes at the three comprehensive high schools within the Perris Union High School District under the existing Multi-Year Agreement IN-10053. This modification to the Agreement reflects an increase of 5 percent salary and additional fixed costs. This increase changes the total dollar amount of the Agreement to $384,078.39, which represents a total cost increase of $18,641.14 for the 2016-17 school year.
This modification to the Agreement is being taken to the Board as a ratification due to the untimely receipt of the contract from the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools.
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment, and services.
