Summary:
|
Tinya Holt, a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and a Substance Abuse Professional, will facilitate and/or oversee the facilitation of Masters of Social Work (MSW) graduate students to provide Decision Making Skills and Substance Abuse Prevention Education groups. Small group and individual sessions will be conducted at Perris High School, Heritage High School, Paloma Valley High School, Perris Lake High School, and Pinacate Middle School for students that have been identified by each site as being in need of this intervention and support.
The term of this Memorandum of Understanding shall be from August 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
The total cost of services shall not exceed $30,000.00 for the 2019-20 school year.
This contract is being brought forward as a ratification due to untimely receipt.

The cost for this item is included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through the Local Control Accountability Plan Supplemental and Concentration Funds, not the General Fund.
