Summary:
|
The District is requesting to enter into a Consulting Services Agreement with Formation Technology, LLC for the 2017-18 school year.
Formation Technology and the District's technology staff have collaborated to improve and maintain the District website, custom Chromebook kiosk apps, instructional tools and other innovations. Formation Technology also assists in high level technology consultation with the District Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst and Network Engineer.
The term of this Agreement will be for one year from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 at a total cost not to exceed $80,000.
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment and services.
