Inspire Social Design Contract - 07.01.18-12.31.18.pdf
Summary: The District would like to continue with the services of Inspire Social through December 31, 2018 in an effort to provide enhanced and targeted communications with the District's stakeholder community, particularly as it relates to the potential local school bond. As was shown in the polling surveys, the general public is not aware of the phenomenal programs and services offered by the District. An important element in District's LCAP Goal #4 is stakeholder engagement, specifically to secure and strengthen the home, school, community connections and communications. Inspire Social will continue to work with District and school site personnel within our social media platforms, and in the development of materials to assist the District departments and school sites in their promotion and marketing efforts, and community engagement strategies. This contract will be for a monthly fee of $12,000 per month for the six month period, not to exceed $72,000.
Funding: The cost for this item is included in the 2018-19 operating budget funded through the General Fund.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Marketing and Design Contract with Inspire Social.
