Summary:
|
Etiwanda School District (ESD) issued and awarded Bid No. ESD-2019-20-002 to Hillyard, Inc. on September 12, 2019. Hillyard worked in conjunction with the Foundation for California Community Colleges and their program CollegeBuys to make the ESD bid a Master Agreement available to any and all public agencies, public and private school districts, as well as public and private colleges and universities. The District wishes to piggy back from this Master Agreement to continue to purchase janitorial and sanitation products for use throughout the district on an as-needed basis under the CollegeBuys Agreement number 00003626 and all subsequent renewals pursuant to Education Code, Sections 17596 and 81644.
The term of the Agreement is from September 12, 2019 through September 11, 2022 contingent upon two (2) annual renewals.
