Summary:
|
The District and County of Riverside currently have a Joint Use Agreement in place for use of the Heritage High School Library. This Agreement expired on June 30, 2019 but allowed for annual renewal for up to three (3) additional one (1) year terms. Additionally, Addendum No. 1 to the Joint Use Agreement in place between the District and the County of Riverside, which extended the term of the Agreement for one (1) year, expires on June 30, 2020. Addendum No. 2 would extend the Agreement for one (1) year through June 30, 2021.
The District will receive $56,736.72 from the County for the 2020-21 fiscal year to cover the cost for the facility and associated personnel costs.
