Summary:
|
The Facilities Team requested a proposal for Hazardous Material Management Services from Cardinal Environmental Consultants, Incorporated for the Perris High School Completion Phase, Increment 2 Project. These services are necessary to comply with all applicable regulations related to the demolition of the existing original buildings at Perris High School. Cardinal Environmental’s services include coordination with the Project Construction Manager to identify the exact scope of work as well as coordination for contractors, assist with bid and specification writing, managing the hazardous material abatement, and all related tasks during demolition operations. Cardinal Environmental will manage all abatement tasks of the awarded contractors and provide compliance close-out for the project. The total cost for this project is $21,600.
