Summary:
|
In accordance with the provisions of the Education Code, the Board of Trustees shall designate persons authorized to sign orders drawn on funds of the District for payroll and accounts payable and to sign orders drawn on all other funds of the District, including but not limited to those held in local banks for the District's clearing account, revolving fund account, Community Facilities Districts, Nutrition Services, and Associated Student Body funds. Due to the recent hiring of Ms. Alisha Fogerty, as the Director of Fiscal Services it has become necessary to add her as a person authorized to sign the documents as mentioned above. Ms. Fogerty replaced the former Director of Fiscal Services, Mr. Chris Rabing, effective August 28, 2017.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize Ms. Alisha Fogerty, Director of Fiscal Services as a person authorized to sign orders drawn on funds of the District for payroll and accounts payable and to sign orders drawn on all other funds of the District, including but not limited to those held in local banks for the District's clearing account, revolving fund account, Community Facilities Districts, Nutrition Services, and Associated Student Body funds.
