Summary:
|
Nutrition Services is requesting authorization to utilize the Piggybackable Contract as awarded by the Ontario-Montclair Unified School District Contract #C-167-422 to Hollandia Dairy. Nutrition Services has determined that it is in the best interest of the District to utilize the Piggyback Contract for the 2019-20 school year for milk, dairy, juice and ice cream.
Legal reference for piggybackable bidding is Public Contract Code 20118.
