Summary:
|
The District would like to continue with the consulting services of Rhonda Hensley to provide training and support for accounting personnel, develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, create accounting procedure manuals, work with District and site staff to improve accounting workflow processes, and assist with budget and fiscal reports as needed. The services would be provided district-wide including within Fiscal Services, Facilities, Maintenance and Operations, and at the school sites with general and ASB accounting. Mrs. Hensley will continue to provide these services at $100 per hour for a total not to exceed $40,000 for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment and services.

The cost for this item is included in the 2018-19 operating budgets funded through the General Fund.
