Summary:
|
The District requested proposals for special inspection and testing services for the California Military Institute (CMI) Gym and Parking/Circulation Project. The District would like to extend the contract for Special Inspections and Testing Services to River City Testing. Title 24, Part 1, Section 4-335 requires that special inspections and testing for construction projects under the jurisdiction of the Division of State Architects (DSA) be performed by testing facilities acceptable to the Division of State Architects (DSA). The services are being provided at an estimated project cost of $152,411.50.

The cost for this item is included in the 2018-19 operating budget funded through Various Facilities Funds, not the General Fund.
