Summary:
|
As part of the Perris High School Completion Phase Project, the Perris Union High School District Facilities Department has requested a proposal from PlaceWorks for the documentation, preparation, and filing of the negative declaration documents which will be filed with the State of California in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). PlaceWorks will provide an initial study of the Perris High School Completion Phase Project and develop the information necessary to file the Negative Declaration documents which meet the requirements of the law. PlaceWorks will study project components which impact air quality and greenhouse gas emissions in both the construction phase and the operational phase, biological and cultural resource impacts, geology and soils, hazardous material, noise and vibration, transportation impacts as well as other project components that could have an impact on the surrounding environment. PlaceWorks will provide these services at a cost of $46,830.

The cost for this item is included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through Various Facilities Funds, not the General Fund.
