Summary:
|
In an effort to provide students of the District with the best possible price and services for Athletic and Club Photography Services, the Purchasing Department put together a competitive process involving both sealed proposals and a vendor show. The District hosted the vendor show at Heritage High School where the vendors had the opportunity to meet directly with site personnel and students to present their products and services.
Each participating school site (Perris High School, Paloma Valley High School, Heritage High School, and the California Military Institute) formed a committee to evaluate the proposals and vendor show presentations on a matrix including scoring for pricing, quality of service, quality of product, and RFP conformity. The evaluation resulted in Cherished Memories scoring the highest for the California Military Institute.
The initial term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. The agreement may be renewed annually upon mutual consent expressed in writing by the District and Cherished Memories for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms in accordance with Education Code 17596.
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment and services.

The cost for this item is paid by students at the California Military Institute. There is no cost to the District.
