Summary:
|
Education Code 42603 allows the Governing Board to direct monies held in any fund or account to be temporarily transferred to another fund or account of the District for the payment of obligations. As a result of the State’s current fiscal status, the increase of deferrals of state apportionments, and in anticipation of further deferrals, the District is issuing the attached Resolution No. 24:16-17 for temporary borrowing between funds or accounts, if necessary.
