Summary:
|
This is a mandatory review year for all public agencies to review their conflict of interest codes, file Biennial Notices with their code-reviewing bodies, and update their conflict of interest codes, if necessary. The District has had some changes in job descriptions and positions which requires updating the code. A copy of Resolution No. 19:18-19 and the proposed amended Appendix of the Conflict of Interest Code are attached.
