Summary:
|
The San Diego Unified School District and the Perris Union High School District have reached an agreement regarding interdistrict transfer policies effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024. The San Diego Unified School District and Perris Union High School district agree to:
1. Accept insofar as enrollment capacities permit, students who are residents of the other said district who have proper permits for attendance from the District Superintendent or his designee of the school district of residence who are eligible to attend the classes of the schools operated by the district of attendance, and who are acceptable to said district of attendance.
2. Furnish the said pupils the same advantages, supplies, and regular instructional services as are furnished to the pupils in attendance at their respective schools, exclusive of transportation to and from said schools unless special arrangements are previously agreed upon.
3. Follow Education Code Section 46607 in regards to credited attendance of said pupils.
This Agreement is being brought forth as a ratification due to the untimely receipt of the Agreement from San Diego Unified School District.
