Summary:
|
Education law never ceases to change and grow which necessitates that school districts update policies and regulations as well as add/delete/change policies and regulations to meet the mandates of the law. The reason for their inclusion in the district policy manual is summarized in the attached justification document. Regarding BP 1330: Upon approval, the District's Use of Facilities Manual will be revised to reflect the policy change allowing the use of school facilities free of charge to recreational youth sports leagues that charge participants no more than an average of $30 per month and where at least 80 percent of those participating in the activity must reside within District's attendance boundaries.
