Summary:
|
Katie Bradley, Paloma Valley High School (PVHS) Boys' Varsity Volleyball coach, has submitted a request to have twelve (12) members of the boys' varsity volleyball team participate in the Volleyball Tournament on April 19-20, 2019.
The tournament will be held at Scripps Ranch High School, in San Diego, California. This tournament will offer the team the opportunity to play against elite level players and provide increased exposure for players who plan on playing volleyball in college.
Twelve (12) players and two (2) chaperones will be attending this tournament. The estimated cost for this trip is $750. Each student will pay $25 and the remainder of the cost will be funded by the Associated Student Body (ASB). PVHS students have attended this trip in the past and driven home for the night, for safety reasons we are requesting permission for this overnight field trip. Transportation will be provided via district vehicles.

The cost for this item is included in the 2018-19 operating budget funded through the Paloma Valley High School Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
