Summary:
|
On May 1, 2020, the District and the California School Employee Association and its Chapter Perris Valley 469 reached a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the use of outside contractors to move furniture and equipment from the administration building at PHS. The parties came to agreement that due to COVID-19 this work could not be performed safely by bargaining unit members. Subsequently, the MOU was ratified by CSEA and its Chapter Perris Valley 469, on June 24, 2020. The details of the Agreement are provided in the attached document.
This item is being taken to board in August due to the June Board meeting cutoff date occurring before CSEA member ratification.
