Summary:
|
Staff is requesting approval of a new job description for a Custodian Supervisor. The position will be a permanent management position designed to supervise, train and evaluate the custodial staff throughout the District. If approved, the Maintenance & Operations Division will restructure the custodial program. The new program will be a shift from a decentralized program with Plant Managers assigned to individual sites to a centralized program with Lead Custodians assigned the comprehensive high school sites and the middle school with two (2) Custodial Supervisors overseeing all district facilities. The salary range of $60,255 to $76,071, salary schedule #261, row 5.

The cost for this item will be funded through the Maintenance Fund and the General Fund.
