Stephen Daly, Agriculture Teacher at Heritage High School, has submitted a request for an overnight field trip to Reedley Jr. College on March 29-30, 2019.
The Heritage Future Farmers of America (FFA) would like to attend the Reedley Junior College Field Day on March 30, 2019 in Reedley, California. The purpose of this agriculture career development event is to utilize industry expectations and practice problems to test student's knowledge. Through previously acquired skills, FFA students, will have the opportunity to compete as individuals, participate in activities such as communications and mechanics, and work on activities that will require them to work together in teams. These events will help prepare students for future college and careers.
This is an overnight field trip of one (1) night. There are seven (7) students and two (2) chaperones attending. The estimated cost for this trip is $250 per student. Transportation will be provided via district vehicles.

The cost for this item is funded through Heritage High School's Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
