Summary:
|
Ripple Effects is a Multi-tiered student intervention system platform that provides learner-directed, trauma-informed, personalized, motivational counseling and social-emotional skill-building. It develops social-emotional strengths, corrects behavior problems, and addresses underlying risk factors for students. Expert system technology uses learners’ natural selection patterns to deliver the most relevant set of evidence-based practices to each learner. This is a perpetual license and will require funding only for upgrades in subsequent years. The included upgrade for this year was mobile access for students via their devices. This contract also includes a day of training with counselors to help them learn the platform and train them to assist students in accessing support. This includes California Military Institute (CMI), Perris High School, Heritage High School, Paloma Valley High School, Pinacate Middle School, and Perris Lake High School. The cost for CMI will be $9,900 and will be billed as a direct cost to CMI per the Memorandum of Understanding between the PUHSD and CMI.
