The annual Grad Nite event held at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California is sponsored by the Associated Student Body (ASB) of Heritage High School for the graduating seniors. Attached is the Agreement with Six Flags Magic Mountain for the Grad Nite event being held May 24, 2019. The total cost of the Agreement, with an estimated attendance of 500 students at $95 per ticket for the dinner package, will not exceed $47,500.
Education Code 48930 is the legal reference for the Associated Student Body contracts.
