Summary:
|
In December 2018, construction began on the Paloma Valley High School Classroom Addition and Stadium Improvement Project. This project included the construction of a two (2) story, ten (10) classroom building, and a stadium concession and restroom building. As part of this project, the Facilities Department requested a proposal from TRL Systems, Incorporated for the purchase and installation of security cameras and related installation and software needed to integrate and operate these cameras as part of the Paloma Valley High School Security Camera System. TRL Systems, Incorporated shall provide and install fourteen (14) cameras, provide the required licenses, and program these into the existing genetic software. Additionally, TRL will add the new cameras and wiring to the existing site as-built drawings. TRL Systems, Incorporated have proposed to provide these items and services at a total cost not to exceed $37,885.67.

The cost for this item is included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through Various Facilities Funds, not the General Fund.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Agreement with TRL Systems, Incorporated for the security camera purchase and installation for the Paloma Valley High School Classroom Addition and Stadium Improvement Project.
