Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District and Frontline Education wish to continue the annual subscription for Absence Management System. The District currently utilizes the Frontline Education Absence Management system for substitute placement and absence management for our staff.
The term of the subscription shall be from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 in the amount of $18,094.84 for the year. The Agreement may be renewed annually upon mutual consent expressed in writing by the District and Frontline Education for another three (3) additional one (1) year terms in accordance with Education Code 17596.
This item is being taken to the Board as a ratification due to the invoice being received after the June Board meeting cutoff date and being overlooked for the August meeting.

The cost for this item is included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through the General Fund.
