Summary:
|
On June 19, 2019, the board approved a one-time off-schedule payment equal to two percent (2%) of the employee’s 2018-19 base salary placement as of May 1, 2019, for all CMI classified and management employees in paid status as of May 1, 2019. This off-schedule payment shall be paid in one (1) installment in June 2019.
Effective July 1, 2019, an ongoing two-percent (2%) increase shall be applied to all salary schedules.
Effective July 2020, an additional ongoing two-percent (2%) increase shall be applied to all salary schedules.
The District has identified that two (2) salary schedules were missed for the June 2019 approval and is requesting the same increases be applied to CMI Classified salary schedules No. 285 - Program Leader Official and No. 286 - After School Program Site Coordinator.
