Summary: The District is required to submit a quarterly report to the Riverside County Office of Education as to the number of Williams Settlement Uniform Complaints received for that period of time. The form is attached for Board information.

Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees adopt the Williams Settlement Quarterly Uniform Complaint Report Summary for the period of April through June 2017.
