The annual Grad Nite event held at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California is sponsored by the Associated Student Body (ASB) of Paloma Valley High School for the graduating seniors. Attached is the Agreement with Six Flags Magic Mountain for the Grad Nite event being held on June 7, 2018. The total cost of the Agreement, with an estimated attendance of 400 students at $95 per ticket for the dinner package will not exceed $38,000.
Education Code 48930 is the legal reference for the Associated Student Body contracts.
