Summary:
|
Mr. Joe Ellett, Paloma Valley High School (PVHS) teacher and coach, has submitted a request for Paloma Valley High School’s Cross Country teams to attend an overnight summer camp in Idyllwild, California, September 5-7, 2019.
The camp will be attended by approximately forty (40) athletes along with four (4) chaperones. Each athlete will have been cleared for athletic participation by their physician, have a signed permission slip, and a Release of Liability form. Coaches will travel with emergency contact information, insurance, and medical clearance forms for each player at all times.
Athletes will be transported using a District bus. The cost of the camp is $200 per athlete. This covers all food, transportation, lodging, and fees.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through Fundraising and Paloma Valley High School's Cross Country Club Associated Student Body Account, not the General Fund.
