Summary:
|
Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) would like to retain the services of ConvergeOne for a one-year term of Cisco SMARTnet Warranty Services.
The Cisco SMARTnet Warranty Services provided by ConvergeOne will help PUHSD maintain reduced network and telephone downtime with fast, expert technical support, flexible hardware coverage, and smart, proactive device diagnostics with Cisco’s SMARTnet Service. PUHSD staff has anytime access to ConvergeOne and Cisco engineers in the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and an extensive range of resources, tools and training. Hardware support coverage includes quick turn around times for replacement hardware for many of the PUHSD mission critical network components.
The term of this Agreement will be from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 at a total cost of $44,675.06.
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment and services.
