MVUSD Subrecipient CARES Act- Adult Ed Programs-2020-21.pdf
Summary: Moreno Valley Unified School District (MVUSD) as Subrecipient has received an allocation of CARES Act funding from the County of Riverside Board of Supervisors to establish the Education Device Support Program for Riverside County Public Adult Schools. This funding is being passed through to school district adult school programs in Riverside County. Funding through this Agreement will support adult education learners in the Perris Community Adult School by providing devices to students to support them during distance learning.

This Agreement will provide $20,720.21 for the purchase of approximately 54 Chromebooks. There will be a processing fee of 5% payable to MVUSD which cannot be paid from CARES funds.

The term of this Agreement shall be from September 29, 2020, through November 30, 2020.

The Agreement is being brought forward as a ratification due to the untimely receipt of the Agreement from MVUSD and the need to expedite the process to meet CARES Act deadlines.
Funding: The budget will be adjusted to reflect this revenue.
