Summary:
|
Colton Joint Unified School District conducted a competitive bidding process for the purchase of Playground Equipment and DSA Shade Shelters. Pursuant to Education Code Sections 17596 and 81644, the District would like to utilize the pricing under this piggyback bid number 18-02 for a DSA Shade Shelter at Pinacate Middle School. Further, should the need arise, the District would have the ability to utilize this piggyback bid throughout the district on an as-needed basis through expiration on December 6, 2022.

The cost for this item is included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through Various Facilities Funds, not the General Fund.
