Summary:
|
The District would like to enter into an Agreement With PlayOn! Sports to provide eight (8) Pixellot systems at Perris High School, Heritage High School, Paloma Valley High School, and California Military Institute.
Pixellot systems are comprised of cameras, workstations with software, and support services. Systems will be installed in the main basketball gym and the football stadium at each of the sites. Cameras and software will be maintained by PlayOn! Sports through the duration of the agreement. All regular season, postseason, and practice events may be broadcast. Consumers are required to purchase a subscription pass to view all sports events. Revenue sharing will begin in year four (4) once PlayOn! Sports has had a chance to recover installation and hardware costs. District may include sponsorship elements within the broadcast of district events. The District keeps 100% of all sponsorship sales made by the District from local sponsors.
The term of this Agreement shall be August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2025.
This item is being brought forth as a ratification since it has been fully executed (pending board ratification) to lock in a discounted rate of FREE installation at all sites and to schedule the installation of cameras and systems to be operational by August 1, 2020, when the term begins.
