Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District is requesting to again contract with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo for legal services. Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo would continue to be one of the law firms utilized by the District, depending on the expertise and availability of the firm as legal matters arise. Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo has been serving the District in a wide array of legal matters for well over a decade and has provided high-quality legal support, particularly in Personnel matters. The District would like to retain Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo for a one (1) year term beginning on July 1, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2020. The hourly rate for services will range from $181 to $315 per hour and will be charged to various funding sources as appropriate, as follows:
- Facilities Funds
- Routine Restricted Maintenance
- Special Education
- General Fund for Pupil Services, Personnel, Purchasing and other general matters
- Charter School fund (cost will be billed as a direct cost to CMI per the Memorandum of Understanding between the PUHSD and CMI)
