Summary:
|
The Agreement stipulates that the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (RCSS) will provide instructional services through the community school program to students who are not eligible for court school funding. RCSS will provide a preliminary rate per Average Daily Attendance (ADA) by March 31 of each year. A final rate will be provided by June 1 of each year. The Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) agrees to pay RCSS for agreed upon costs for students in seat-based and independent study programs in RCSS community schools at the published rate.
The term of this Agreement will be from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021.
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment and services.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-21 operating budgets funded through the General Fund, Fund 03.
