Summary: Arvin Unified School District conducted a competitive bidding process for the purchase of classroom and office furniture. The District wishes to continue to purchase furniture for use throughout the district on an as needed basis under the piggyback bid number 2018-19-001 and all subsequent renewals pursuant to Education Code, Sections 17596 and 81644.

The term of this Agreement is from November 13, 2018 through May 31, 2023 contingent on annual renewals of a five (5) year term contract.
Funding: No fiscal impact.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees adopt Resolution No. 15:19-20 - Resolution Authorizing Piggybacking for Purchase of School Furnishings, Office Furniture, and Accessories.
