Summary:
|
An Interdistrict Attendance Agreement is provided for districts outside of Riverside County. The attached Agreement gives Vista Unified School District permission to release, if they choose, students to attend school within the boundaries of the Perris Union High School District. It also allows the Vista Unified School District to accept students from the Perris Union High School District that may apply to attend school within their boundaries. This Agreement is being taken to the Board as a ratification due to the untimely receipt of the contract from Vista Unified School District. Education Code 46600: The governing boards of two or more school districts may enter into an agreement, for a term not to exceed five school years, for the interdistrict attendance of pupils who are residents of the school districts.
