Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District and Point Loma Nazarene University are interested in entering into a Memorandum of Understanding Fieldwork Agreement for Partnership Programs. The District shall provide counseling, administration, teaching, and/or observation experiences as well as mentoring teachers in schools and classes of the District for students of the University.
The term of this agreement shall be from March 16, 2017 through August 31, 2022.
Pursuant to California Education Codes 44321 and 44452, a school district governing board is authorized to enter into an agreement with a state university or any university or college accredited by the State Board of Education as a teacher education institution in order to provide teaching experience through student teaching to students enrolled in teacher training curricula.
