Summary:
|
The Nutrition Services Department and Oak Grove Center at the Ranch would like to modify their contract to provide lunch to Oak Grove students. The original contract provided for meals to be delivered to Oak Grove at a cost of $5 per meal. The cost per meal is being lowered to $4.25 per meal since it will no longer include delivery. The Amended Agreement states that Oak Grove will be responsible for picking up the meals at Pinacate Middle School. The contract stands to generate an estimated additional $25,000 for the 2018-19 school year for the Nutrition Services Department.
The term for this Amended Agreement shall be from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
Legal authorization for this item is Education Code 48931.
