The Purchasing Department used informal bidding procedures for the painting of the Small Gymnasium at Perris High School. The bid opening was held on November 6, 2017. Responsive Bids were submitted as follows:

Notice to Proceed was given in order to meet critical project timelines and negate undue delay of the project. Ratification of this contract award is permitted for Board approved facilities projects pursuant to Purchasing Policy.
This Contract was bid and is being recommended for award pursuant to the provisions of Public Contract Code Section 22030-22040, the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act.
