Summary:

The District wishes to enter into a 3-year Agreement with Vavrinek, Trine and Day Company, LLP to provide audit services for the 2017-18, 2018-19, and 2019-20 fiscal years.
The maximum annual fee for auditing services under the terms of this contract shall not exceed $42,000 for 2017-18, $42,500 for 2018-19, and $43,000 for 2019-20.
The term of this Agreement will be July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020.
Vavrinek, Trine and Day Company, LLP was selected for audit services in accordance with Assembly Bill 2834 (Auditor Rotation Requirements) and Education Code 41020.

The cost for this item is included in the 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 operating budgets funded through the General Fund.
